2003 1/10GP Touring Japan Championship was held in October 18,19 at Hokusei Circuit.
93 drivers who qulaify the district qualification joined this race and this open class can join
the drivers who from factory or support driver only.
Many expert drivers joined from EP and GP categories.  Keisuke Fukuda was
only driver who made 16 laps in qualification.  He was very fast and stable at main final.
Masami Hirosaka had some problem early in the race and finished 8th position, but he made
fastest lap in grand final (19.68).  Atsushi Hara also had problem at semi-final and finished
15th. place.
1/10 GP Touring Japan Championship was held for the fist time this year.  Fukuda became
the first champion for this class and he got Japan Champion title for the first time!
